In 1907 Lord Baden Powell held an experimental camp on Brownsea Island. He brought together 22 boys from all walks of life across the UK and taught the skills documented in his book ' Scouting for Boys '. From this camp came the Scout Movement.

The Scout movement has evolved over the years and through many changes has kept up with today's life styles and activities.

The Scouts have a busy time ahead this year, one item on the list is a basic survival camp held at the Scout Hall.

Unfortunately we are again in a position where our Scout Leader is having to leave. If you would like to help please get in touch. Our Scout troop is growing and is in need of a leader.
