In 1914 the Junior Scouts was added to the Scout Movement and in 1916 they became Wolf Cubs. The section came about as the brothers of the Scouts wanted to have as much fun but on a different scale.

In 1966 as part of a modernisation plan the section became known as Cub Scouts.

At the end of October the Cubs enjoyed a weekend of activities at PGL, Caythorpe. A full weekend of fun was had by all.

During 2011 our Cubs have continued working on thier Challenge and Activity badges.

We were very pleased when Richard Moyses, District Commisioner, came along and presented 5 of the Cubs with their Chief Scout Silver Badge. This was followed at Christmas when Ian Todd came along to present 4 more Chief Scout Silver awards.

Mark is currently planning a camp for Easter, more details to follow.
